A local horse riding stable needed an easier way to manage lesson bookings. Their existing process was mostly manual, which made scheduling slow and increased the chance of mistakes.
02
Design a simple booking app that works for both sides: the stable owner and the riders.
03
The owner can create lesson slots & set participant limits to prevent overbooking. The app also enables fast updates to individual riders or groups when plans change.
04
Riders can check available times, book lessons, and track their remaining package sessions. They can also contact the stable directly through the app when they need to cancel or ask something quickly.
05
The design started with interviews and workflow mapping, then moved into wireframes and interactive prototypes. Testing focused on clarity, fast task completion, and a visual style that fits the stable’s existing identity.
06
The final solution reduced scheduling friction, improved communication, and made day-to-day lesson coordination more reliable.
